Welcome to Splendorthings. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of splendorthings.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Splendorthings, LLC (“Splendorthings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.

2. Our Products

Many of our products are handmade or hand-finished. Slight differences in color, size, pattern, bead or stone placement, and finish are a natural part of handmade goods and are not considered defects. Product colors may also look different depending on your screen.

We do our best to describe every product accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every description or photo is free of errors.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

You are responsible for checking all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, colors, and sizes) before placing your order. Personalized and custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless we made an error. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., major credit cards, PayPal]. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production, personalization, or shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, via USPS. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please contact us before sending any return.

9. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you confirm that it is your own, honest, and does not violate anyone’s rights. You give Splendorthings permission to display and share that content on our Site and social media. We may remove any content we consider inappropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product designs, photos, text, graphics, and our logo, belongs to Splendorthings, LLC and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of it without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

Break any law
Place fraudulent orders
Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
Copy our designs or content for resale

12. Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies. Fragrance, candle, and self-care products should be used as directed. Please review ingredients before use if you have sensitivities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Splendorthings, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when changes were made. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
