How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item
Send your return using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made an error. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Email returns@splendorthings.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, your name, the item, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days and include photos.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you instructions. Pack the item unused and unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached. Please don’t ship anything until you’ve heard back from us.
