Shipping Methods & Timelines

Processing Time
Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Personalized and custom items may take a little longer.

Standard Shipping
All orders ship within the United States via USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more; rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Join our email list to be the first to know.

You’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How to Return an Item

01 · Contact Us First
Email returns@splendorthings.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the reason for your return. Please don’t mail anything back until you receive return instructions from us.

02 · Prepare Your Package
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Earrings, personalized items, and opened candles, wax melts, sprays, and personal-care products are final sale.

03 · Ship & Get Refunded
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error. We recommend a trackable service. Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Order?

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit, and you won’t pay return shipping.

Need to cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to cancel.
