In the event that an exchange or return is requested within 𝟳 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 of order delivery, items that are not custom or personalized will be considered. By requesting either, the buyer understands that they are responsible for return shipping and that original shipping costs are always non-refundable :)

The products that I sell are mostly made to order, though I do occasionally have items on hand. If, by chance, I have the item(s) that you’ve ordered on hand, it will ship the same or next business day. More times than not, however, it will require time to process before shipping from my printing partner's facility.

At the moment, most orders can be expected to ship within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I do ask, however, that you please allow for up to 7 to account for unexpected fluctuations in demand/production :))
